Redeem your points by visiting the Rewards Page or by logging in to your account and selecting Rewards. Scroll to 'How to use your points,' to check your points balance, and select the reward you want. Click redeem to get a code to use at checkout.
You can track your points at any time by logging in to your account and navigating to Rewards in the drop down. From this page you can earn and redeem points, as well as see account activity.
No, your points do not expire but your VIP tier status can change depending on if you've earned enough points to qualify for that tier during each calendar year. Once a tier is entered, you will retain the tier for one rolling year. Earning actions from the past 12 months will be counted toward tier eligibility.
We've updated our points system. Your points balance has been adjusted, but don't worry, you haven't lost any points. Now, you earn points twice as fast with a 10% return instead of 5% and earn rewards more easily with your equivalent new balance. If you previously redeemed points and received a reward gift card but haven't used it yet, search for "Reward Redeemed" in your email inbox. If you can't find it, reach out to our support team, and we'll check to see if you have any unused rewards.
